Società Cooperativa Agricola Vaira has been involved by years in extra virgin olive oil production for generations on its farm over 50 hectares farm in Carpino (FG), which is part of the National Association of Oil Cities. CEO Domenico Vaira, with his three daughters, still continues to hand down family traditions, obtaining the prestigious organic certification for the entire evo oil supply chain, also expanding the production to pickles, jams, compotes and purees, using vegetables, greens and fruit exclusively from Gargano National Park.
Taking care of trees and land, paying attention to the olives and also to transport, milling and bottling, the all supply chain is constantly checked.
Our evo oil, awarded with organic certification, with so many qualities and a unique and unmistakable flavour, is also used in our preserves.
