The traditional broad bean soup, prepared by soaking dried broad beans for 12 hours and cooking them in a pan with sautéed onions for 5-6 minutes. Then add plenty of water and leave to cook for 2 hours, seasoning at the end with salt, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
